Building software and exploring robotics for the everyday work of running a home.

Software for the home
Property operations
Reservations, gate context, and property readiness. One shared view across iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV.
Free TestFlight beta · feedback welcome
Connected home
An LLM-powered “better Alexa,” with more helpful household inferences as models improve.
Adaptive lighting
Lighting that eases toward bedtime. Free and open source, using the dimmers already in HomeKit.
Movie companion
A bathroom dash. A coffee rescue. A minute to reset. Find a break in the movie, keep an eye on the countdown, and catch up when you return.
Interfaces & robotics
Reachy Mini + actual SessionLens iPhone capture
Embodied AI
The studio’s first embodied AI. Voice, vision, and expressive movement connect SessionLens to the room.

Shared operations display
Who’s arriving, what’s ready, and what needs doing. A glanceable touch display for the household.
Seeed reTerminal E1003 · development follows Reachy
SessionLens → Home Assistant → E1003 / ESPHome. A lightweight display for arrivals, gate readiness, weather, pool temperature, and service tasks.
Planned touch actions handle lights and checklists. State timestamps, confirmed commands, and battery behavior will be validated on the received hardware.
E1003 hardware ↗Physical assistance
Watch three robots run parallel service routes, drive one yourself, or test learned walking and recovery in a reconstructed backyard.
Scripted previews and live MuJoCo policy tests are clearly labeled. Pickups remain animated; hardware autonomy is unverified.
Hardware
Reggie (Reachy Mini) is the studio’s first deployed robot. Other platforms are in various stages of development, simulation, or partnership discussions.
